The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association’s CONNECT 2013, scheduled for Oct. 16-19 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, will provide contractors with big ideas on topics they’ve asked for: online marketing, customer service, business diversification, new DOE water heater regulations, a changing workforce and environmental issues. Keynote speaker and Forbes publisher and columnist Rich Karlgaard will kick off the conference.
