Oatey Acquires Assets of Hercules Chemical Co.
Oatey Co. completed the
acquisition of certain assets of the Hercules Chemical Co., manufacturer of
plumbing, heating and A/C products.
Oatey Co. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, HCC Holdings Inc., has completed the acquisition of certain assets of the Hercules Chemical Co., a manufacturer of plumbing, heating, A/C and electrical products for wholesale and retail suppliers. Oatey SCS, an affiliate of Oatey, has been the exclusive distributor of Hercules’ products since 2001.
”The Hercules brand is valued by professionals and complements the Oatey SCS array of brands,” said Oatey President John McMillan. “With the addition of the Hercules products, Oatey will strengthen its leadership position in the rough-in plumbing products business. Our goal is to provide a broad line of the highest quality products to maximize overall value to our customers.”
