American Standard, Decorative Panels International Merge
DPI CFO Tim Clark was named president of DPI and will report to Don Devine, president and CEO of American Standard Brands.
American Standard Brands and Toledo, Ohio-based Decorative Panels International, affiliated portfolio companies of Sun Capital Partners, will merge. DPI will remain in its current location. Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
