In the spirit of baseball, hot dogs and apple pie from an old Chevy commercial, New York City-based Solco Plumbing Supply will be hosting the America First Expo at Fort Totten in Northern Queens on November 18, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. More than 40 American plumbing and heating vendors will be representing more than 100,000 workers. Leading political figures are also invited.

The company has taken on this campaign of “America First” due to the current worldwide economy and its belief in the importance of remembering “what is most important in the long run: our families, our friends and coworkers - ourselves - Americans,” said Stuart Baker, CEO of Solco Plumbing Supply. The company currently stocks almost 90% domestic product.

The Expo will feature a Chevrolet Traverse give-away, as well as other American-made prizes.
