The National Apartment Association (NAA) and sponsor HD Supply Facilities Maintenance present the 2010 Maintenance Mania® National Championship. The competition includes 20 of the nation’s top apartment maintenance technicians that will race to repair a toilet, install a ceiling fan, put in a smoke alarm, install a faucet, or switch out a door lock - in under three minutes - for a grand prize package worth $7,000.
The competition takes place at NAA’s 2010 Education Conference & Exposition at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans on June 24, where more than 5,000 apartment industry professionals are expected to address critical multi-family housing industry issues.
