Toto Announces Name Change For U.S. Holding Company
Effective Jan. 1, 2010, Toto U.S.A. Holdings Inc. will change its name to Toto Americas
Holdings Inc.
Plumbing manufacturer Toto announced that effective Jan. 1, 2010, its U.S.-based holding company, Toto U.S.A. Holdings Inc., will change its name to Toto Americas Holdings Inc.
“Our business initiatives continue to expand beyond the United States and Canada to the Americas,” said Daijiro Nogata, Toto’s president. “The holding company’s new name reflects this increased scope.”
Toto USA Inc. will remain the name of Toto’s U.S.-based corporation for the manufacturing, sales and marketing of its products and services in the Americas.
