Iraqis Welcome Re-Opening Of Training Center

hundreds of students attended the reopening of the Civil Support District
Training Center in the Al Karadah district of eastern Baghdad.
The remodeled center teaches vocational skills, offering courses in road repair, generator repair, plumbing and electrical installation, sanitation, and landscaping.
According to the article, more than 550 students are currently enrolled at the center. To graduate, students complete a six-month training course in their desired career paths and must pass a final written exam.
Senior district leaders said they hope graduates will find work in their local neighborhoods.
