Mr. Rooter parent, The Dwyer Group, was recently named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the second consecutive year. The company ranked 24 in the mid-sized companies category published in the February issue of Texas Monthly.
“We are so proud to wear this title for another year,” said CEO and Chairwoman Dina Dwyer-Owens in the announcement. “Words cannot describe how much it means that our associates feel this way about our company. And having great people on our team is at the heart of what makes us great.”
The annual ranking is sponsored by the Texas Association of Business, the Texas State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management, and the Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
Companies were judged on their benefits, leadership programs, corporate culture, interviews with company employees and more. To be eligible for the ranking, companies must have a facility in Texas, at least 15 employees in Texas, and a minimum of one year in business among overall criteria.
