The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association recently launched an e-mail discussion group called PHCCList to help members easily "talk" electronically with other contractors. Members who sign up for the online discussion will be able to share ideas, find solutions to specific business management and technical problems and keep up on the latest industry trends. Discussions also will be available in archive format on the PHCC Web site.
