J.F. Ahern Employees Achieve LEED Accreditation
Three employees of Fond du
Lac, Wis.-based mechanical contractor J.F. Ahern Co. received LEED
accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council - Phil
Corbin, HVAC engineering and business development manager; Dave Reinelt, project manager; and Tom Wickersham, design engineer. The certification
ensures their understanding of green building principles, and familiarity with
LEED requirements, resources and processes.
The company is currently seeking LEED
certification on its 58,000-square-foot corporate building expansion, which is
expected to be completed this spring.
