NIBCO recently announced that it has signed a purchase agreement for the assets of Consolidated Plumbing Industries, which manufactures PEX tubing for the North American water distribution and radiant heating markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

CPI manufactures DURA-PEX® tubing for the wholesale, retail and OEM markets. Other brands include Push 'N Go® fittings, Basic Radiant®, DURA-PRO™ metal insert fittings and the Grand Slam Manifold®. These products will complement NIBCO's NEXT-Pure™ PEX and residential plumbing product lines.
