The PHCC-National Association announced it has adopted a formal position paper on immigration reform. PHCC supports a comprehensive approach to immigration legislation that includes three components: increased enforcement, border security and a guest worker visa program (which would allow illegal immigrants currently employed in the United States to apply for the right to continue to work here).

PHCC Vice President of Government Relations Lake Coulson said that PHCC will be lobbying for immigration reform legislation in the upcoming session of Congress, but against any new regulations requiring companies to police illegal immigration.
