The sales support/customer care process directs customers to one of four representatives as an assigned customer care contact. These reps provide information on all ThermaSol products, including sizing, compatibility and technical aspects; provide order confirmation; and monitor order status.

ThermaSol, designer and builder of home steam baths, appointed Jim Santos as general manager. In this capacity, Santos is responsible for all aspects of ThermaSol's worldwide operations. He has 15 years of experience in executive management, most recently as president of his own international freight company.
