The Chicagoland Better Heating-Cooling Council elected Andrew Usher of Ideal Heating Co. as its 2004-2005 president. Also elected were Don Howley of Affiliated Steam Equipment Co. as first vice president; John Stern of Bert C. Young & Sons Corp. as second vice president; and Kevin Bailey of Fluid/Air Products as secretary/treasurer. David Milsk of Des Plaines Supply remains on the board as past president.
