More than 150 people from the Mr. Rooter franchise network attended the company’s North American Conference in Palm Springs, Calif., Jan 13-16. The annual conference focused on expanding into the commercial market, training on new systemwide software, maximizing local advertising and establishing successful teams within franchises at the local level.
In other news, Mr. Rooter was named to Entrepreneur magazine's 24th annual "Franchise 500" ranking of the top franchise opportunities. It was ranked No. 288.
