American Plumbing and Mechanical sold AMPAM Commercial Sherwood Plumbing to Sherwood Mechanical Inc., which was formed under the existing local management. This sale is part of AMPAM's restructuring strategy.
Poway, Calif.-based Sherwood was one of the largest mechanical contractors in Southern California.
