Mechanical Contractors Association of America's past president Smitty Belcher and MCAA staff are representing the association on the Center for Military Recruitment, Assessment and Veterans Employment board. This group oversees efforts to develop a nationwide system for recruiting individuals who are discharged from the military into the construction industry with appropriate recognition for their military training and occupational specialization.
