Lavelle Industries Inc. of Burlington, Wis., finalized details for the purchase of Hunter Plumbing of San Marcos, Calif. Included in the purchase are key plumbing repair products, such as Hunter's newest addition of the 528 toilet tank fill valve.

Lavelle is the manufacturer of the Korky toilet flapper and other products recognized by plumbers and do-it-yourselfers.
