Vanderweil Names New CEO
Vanderweil Engineers has named Paul Banks, P.E., to be the firm's CEO. Mr. Banks is assuming leadership of Vanderweil during its 50th anniversary year, as it undertakes a historic ownership transition.
The company has initiated a phased buyout of ownership shares by selected employees in its four operating companies-in Boston; Orlando; Princeton, N.J.; and Washington, D.C. The buyout process will continue over a number of years.
Vanderweil Engineers is one of the nation's preeminent mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection consulting engineers with 650 employees, and annual engineering billings of more than $70 million.
