Home Automation To Be Featured At ISH NA
Echelon's LonWorks platform is used for connecting everyday devices such as appliances, thermostats, air conditioners, electric meters and lighting systems to each other and to the Internet. Echelon's hardware and software products enable manufacturers and integrators to create smart devices and systems for homes, buildings and other systems.
The announcement was made at a recent press conference given by Messe Frankfurt to discuss the company's upcoming trade shows, including ISH NA, for the kitchen & bath, plumbing, hydronic heating, and air conditioning market; the Light & Building show, for architects and engineers in the lighting, building automation, air conditioning and electrical engineering segments; and Roof & Wall International, for architects, engineers, plumbers and contractors in the roofing, wall and insulation technology industry.
Messe Frankfurt Inc. hosts ISH NA in cooperation with the American Supply Association, the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating, and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association. Each association will hold its annual meeting in conjunction with ISH NA in 2002.
