AT Plastics Sells Radiant Heat Business

Brampton, Ontario-based AT Plastics announced it has completed the sale of the remainder of Flexet, located near Chicago and manufacturer of plumbing and radiant heat products. The buyer is a large North American company in the pipe and tubing materials market. At press time, the exact identity of the buyer was unknown.
The proceeds of the sale were $3.6 million (U.S.) and will be used to reduce AT's debt.
