Duties Established Against China For Dumping Fittings
November 1, 2002
The U.S. Department of Commerce on Sept. 20, 2002, established preliminary dumping duties against China for the manufacture of nonmalleable cast-iron pipe fittings sold in the United States at "less than fair value" (see "U.S. Rules Unanimously On China Dumping Fittings," June 2002). A final decision on the issue is expected in February 2003.
