GroupMAC Buys 6 Companies

Group Maintenance America Corp. acquired six companies, at a total cost of about $36.6 million in cash, $1.8 million in common stock and a total debt assumed of $3 million. The new companies will bring in $117 million in annual revenue, 66 percent of that revenue will come from maintenance, repair and replacement services, according to GroupMAC.
