Ohio Moves Closer To Fair Competition

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has issued final restructuring rules that include a strong code of conduct. The
rule requires the utility to separate its different functions and prohibits cross-subsidization. The code also allows the affiliate to use the parent utility's name and logo only if it is accompanied by a disclaimer.
