OSHA Proposes Personal Protective Equipment Rule

A new rule would require employers to pay for workers' personal protective equipment.
A rule proposed by the OSHA would require employers to pay for workers' personal protective equipment
(PPE) except steel-toed shoes and prescription safety glasses. However, organized labor unions are urging
requirements for employers to pay for all PPE.
