In response to the ongoing legal problems Tom Warner and his Warner Management Co. face in Maryland (February 1998), fellow contractor William Baumbach has started a Web site (www.phcc.org/Warner.htm) to keep the industry up-to-date with the latest developments in the case.
Warner said the response has been great. “There have been e-mails from all over the country,” he said. “The last couple of weeks I have really fallen in love with e-mail.” Warner’s case is slated to be heard July 21 in Hunt Valley, MD.
