Customer service excellence and high performance people will be the focus of the Quality Service Contractors' Power Meeting, scheduled for Feb. 21-23, 2002, in San Diego. The meeting's theme is "Harness the Power of QSC," which will present keynote speakers such as Nancy Friedman, an internationally recognized authority on customer service, and Vince Lombardi, son of the late great football coach.
