Welding and Cutting Products' Hi Dep III copper coating process coats the wire with a low weight (typically .05 percent), thin, tightly adherent layer of copper. It is used in all Spoolarc 95 and all Spoolarc 120 MIG wire products. It improves x-ray-testing results, lower diffusible hydrogen levels, more stable arc and reduced contact tip wear.
