As you approach the second month of this new year, you should analyze where you are, where you've been and
especially where you want to go. I hope you can look back at some very proud progress you've made during the 20th
century. You may have already been looking at some of the new challenges you will be facing in the upcoming 21st
century. Because like the Y2K computer problem, you can also identify other business concerns that will need attention.
