Grunau Co., Oak Creek, Wis., has been hired to complete the design/build and installation of the HVAC system for a new headquarters building that will house three GE Healthcare divisions. The 475,000-sg.-ft. facility is located in the Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa, Wis. When completed at the end of the year, it will be the third-largest office building in the Milwaukee area.
