Roto-Rooter Posts 6 Percent Revenue Increase For 2004

Chemed Corp. announced that its Roto-Rooter segment reported a 6.1 percent revenue increase, from $260.1 million in 2003 to $276.6 million in 2004. Net income for the year was $27.3 million, compared to $19.4 million in 2003.
Chemed's CFO David Williams said that Roto-Rooter is estimated to generate a 5 percent to 7 percent increase in revenues for 2005.
