Smart Service, the field service software platform from My Service Depot, has launched Mission Control, a new scheduling and dispatch suite built into Smart Service Cloud. Mission Control replaces the traditional dispatch board with a command-center view of the day's work, with built-in intelligence, forecasting, and route optimization designed for service businesses running crews across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and 40+ other trades.

Alongside Mission Control, Smart Service Cloud includes The Oracle, an AI reporting engine powered by Anthropic's Claude. Contractors can ask questions of their own business data — jobs, invoices, service agreements, payments — and get answers, charts, and formatted reports in seconds. A built-in local mode handles standard lookups and counts with no AI account and no data leaving the browser, for shops that prefer it. Both tools sync with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, keeping dispatch, work orders, and billing in step without double entry. Mission Control and The Oracle are available now in Smart Service Cloud.
