GENERAL HVAC Solutions America, Inc. introduced the AIRSTAGE VU-7 line of heat pump and heat recovery system, which utilize R-32 refrigerant. The VU-7 outdoor units enable the VRF system to operate either as a heat pump or heat recovery system, with capacities ranging from 6 to 32 tons. It supports up to 16 indoor units on 6-ton systems and up to 64 indoor units on 24-ton systems and larger. The system is available with a range of indoor unit models and capacities. Options include wall-mounted units, compact cassettes, slim ducted units, multi-position air handling unit, circular flow cassettes, medium- and high-static ducted units, and ceiling mounted units. 

The AIRSTAGE VU-7 system operates at sound levels as low as 57 dB(A) and delivering certified efficiency ratings of up to 25.25 IEER, 12.3 EER, and 12.5 SCHE. The VU-7 delivers heating in outdoor temperatures as low as -15°F and cooling in temperatures up to 126°F. The VU-7 outdoor units are available for both 208-230/3/60 and 460/3/60 electrical service.
