Legend Valve, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality plumbing, valves, and fittings, is excited to announce a series of executive leadership promotions designed to support the company’s continued growth, long-term continuity, and commitment to employee ownership.

Effective immediately, Larry Emmert has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. In this expanded role, Emmert will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and help lead the execution of Legend’s strategic priorities while reporting to the Board of Directors.

Legend also announced the following executive and senior leadership promotions:

  • Will McMahon — Chief Financial Officer
  • Jeff Shreiner — Chief Revenue Officer
  • Ethan Hsiung — Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
  • Bill Melvin — Vice President, Engineering & Technical Services
  • Wade Tennant — Vice President, Marketing & Communications
  • Sue Ann Kainz — Director Human Resources

“These promotions recognize the proven leadership, dedication, and expertise of individuals who have played an important role in Legend’s success,” said Walter Jann, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. “As an employee-owned company, our future depends on strong leadership, accountability, and a shared commitment to our customers and each other. This structure positions Legend to continue building on the values and service standards that have defined our company for more than three decades.”

The announcement follows a period of meaningful transition for Legend and reinforces the company’s focus on stability, continuity, and long-term growth. Legend continues to operate from its Auburn Hills, Michigan headquarters while serving the PVF plumbing market and industry partners throughout North America.

According to the company, Legend’s executive team remains focused on advancing the company’s mission of creating "customer astonishment through quality products, guaranteed performance, and exceptional service. The company’s commitment to innovation, technical support, operational excellence, and customer-focused programs remains unchanged."
