F.W. Webb Company’s new mobile app gives contractors, facility managers, and technicians the ability to order equipment, tools, fittings, and accessories right from their phones, keeping their projects on schedule.

“We spend a lot of time listening to our customers’ feedback—increasingly they are running large portions of their businesses directly from their phones,” said Brendan Lilly, Vice President of eCommerce and Digital Operations at F.W. Webb. “This was the driving force behind the effort to build a native app. This is not designed to be a ‘new channel’; it’s designed to be an expansion of the F.W. Webb customer experience, an extension of the branch, whether customers are at the jobsite, in the office, or on the road.”

F.W. Webb’s new mobile app features:

  • Real-time inventory and customer pricing: View products and up-to-date pricing right in the app
  • Order status: Track deliveries and know when orders are ready for pickup
  • Enhanced search capabilities: Browse thousands of products using text, voice, image, barcode, and purchase history
  • Store information: Find nearby F.W. Webb locations, hours, directions, contacts, upcoming events, and more
  • Product details: View specification sheets, installation guides, aisle and bin location, and available inventory at nearby stores

During beta testing, F.W. Webb customers praised the app’s ease of use and time-saving features. They highlighted the ability to switch locations and view product availability by store as standout features. Customers also appreciated the option to register for training events at their nearest F.W. Webb store right in the app.

“We encourage contractors to download the app and explore features designed to streamline their work and help their teams stay productive,” said Lilly.

As F.W. Webb marks 160 years in business in 2026, the company remains committed to refining the customer experience, from digital tools such as the mobile app and online rebate center to ongoing in-store enhancements.

Trade professionals with an F.W. Webb online account can use the app on their iPhone today. Android availability is expected later this year. The free app is available in the App Store now.
