Samsung Electronics launched SmartThings Pro HVAC offerings at AHR 2026
The platform was unveiled at AHR 2026.

Samsung Electronics showcased SmartThings Pro at AHR 2026. The platform aims to equip HVAC leaders, inclusive of contractors, service organizations and owners, with an enterprise solution to remotely manage, monitor and optimize diverse residential and commercial portfolios.
Demonstrations at the Samsung Lennox booth at AHR 2026highlighted how HVAC leaders can utilize SmartThings Pro to gain multi-site visibility, respond to issues through remote diagnostics, and automate operational workflows, helping reduce onsite visits, improve response times, and optimize energy usage at scale.
“HVAC teams are being asked to support more systems, more sites, and higher performance expectations with fewer resources,” said Chanwoo Park, executive vice president at Samsung Electronics B2B Integrated Offering Center. “SmartThings Pro brings HVAC data, workflows, and automation into a single enterprise platform, giving teams the ability to identify issues faster, resolve them remotely, and operate more efficiently across every location they manage.”
From deployment and verification through ongoing operations and service, SmartThings Pro supports HVAC professionals across the full system lifecycle. The following features were demonstrated at the Samsung Lennox booth.
Remote diagnostics, maintenance and troubleshooting
SmartThings Pro allows HVAC service teams to remotely diagnose and address system issues across multiple locations. This includes real-time alerts for system faults or performance anomalies, and access to HVAC cycle data and remote troubleshooting functions such as Field Setting Value (FSV) adjustments and Smart Reset.
Advanced ticketing functionality will allow HVAC professionals to manage maintenance tasks that appear as tickets within the dashboards.
Automation and energy optimization
SmartThings Pro supports property managers and commercial operators with automation and energy optimization capabilities designed to streamline operations across sites. Routine-based controls and logic-driven automation within SmartThings Pro can be used to standardize operational workflows, reduce manual intervention and support energy-saving strategies.
Through SmartThings Pro’s centralized dashboards, management teams can monitor system performance, track energy usage trends, and evaluate the impact of an automation over time.
An enterprise platform beyond HVAC
The SmartThings Pro enterprise platform is built to support multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and office environments, SmartThings Pro bringing AI-powered visibility, automation and control to complex building operations across verticals.
