Taco presents Dan Holohan Comfort Award at 2026 AHR Expo

Taco proudly recognized Mr. Kang Ho Lee, Chairman of Taejin Fluid Technology (TJFT), with the prestigious Dan Holohan Award at the 2026 AHR Expo. The award honors individuals who exemplify lifelong dedication to hydronic education, industry leadership, and the spirit of mentorship embodied by Dan Holohan.
Throughout a distinguished global career spanning more than four decades, Mr. Lee has played a transformative role in advancing fluid technology, energy efficiency, and professional leadership across Asia, Europe, and North America. As Chairman of TJFT and Predictive Management Group (PMG), and former CEO of Grundfos Pumps Korea, Mr. Lee has consistently championed innovation, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership within the HVAC and fluid-handling industries.

Mr. Lee’s contributions have been recognized internationally, including the Order of Industrial Service Merit from the Korean government, the Republic of Korea Presidential Award for Energy Conservation, and Denmark’s Prince Henrik’s Medal of Honor.
Beyond corporate leadership, Mr. Lee has served as an adjunct professor at several leading universities in South Korea, mentoring future business and engineering leaders. He is also the author and co-author of multiple books on leadership, global management, and personal development, including Think People, reflecting his belief that people are the foundation of lasting organizational success.
The Dan Holohan Lifetime Contribution to Comfort Award is given annually to an HVAC professional or company that has made a substantial contribution to comfort technology, advancement, or training while displaying the exceptional good humor and love of people exhibited by Dan Holohan throughout his long career. Past award winners include Dan Holohan, Robert Bean, Bruce Marshall, Dan Foley, John Barba, Bob Barbour, Rich Medairos, Rick Mayo, and John Hazen White III.
