Two patent-pending Gruvlok rigid couplings from ASC Engineered Solutions are now available. The new Fig. 74CL and Fig. 74SL rigid couplings feature brand new Sabertooth Installation Technology. The Fig. 74CL and Fig. 74SL offer grooved mechanical joint installation. A touch or quick look allows installing contractors to know instantly that the coupling is installed properly, even in dark or tight spaces, overhead or behind ductwork, and then move on. As an added benefit, the new indicator helps reduce the chances of overtightening or overstressing bolts.

The all-new CenterLOK gasket for the Fig. 74-CL coupling ensures proper alignment with the pipe-end grooves to allow for two-handed placement of the coupling on the end of the pipe.The Fig. 74CL and 74SL ship standard in a ready-for-install state, with no loose parts, require no disassembly, and feature zinc/aluminum coated hardware to provide corrosion protection that outlasts 316SS.
