Moen introduced Club Moen, a new program designed to equip both plumbing professionals and Moen’s valued customer partners, like showroom associates, wholesalers and contractors, with the tools, training and resources they need to grow their careers, drive sales and operate more efficiently.

The program was created to make it easier for trade professionals and owners to stay competitive and confident. It features tiered training levels — Basic, Skilled, Advanced, and Expert — that reward members for learning. By completing online modules or attending events, participants can earn points and trade them in for items such as new premium gear and tools, as well as additional resources to help improve their day-to-day lives.

"Club Moen is rooted in understanding the real needs of today's trade professionals," said Andrea Arzaga, group segment marketing manager, Moen. "It's not just about technical training—it's about equipping professionals with practical guidance and opportunities to network to expand their businesses and better serve their customers."

Participants receive exclusive assets, such as sheets, brochures and how-to videos, to help streamline daily operations and advance their skills in the latest technologies. Additionally, plumbers can earn the Moen Certified Install Pro designation after reaching the Expert Level, helping them stand out in a competitive market. All Certified Install Pro members will be listed in the Moen Pro Finder so that consumers can find professionals in their area to install their Moen products.

All training and resources will also be available in both English and Spanish to support today’s diverse community of professionals, including the Hispanic trade community.

"We recognize that the strength of the plumbing industry lies in well-trained professionals who take pride in their craft," Arzaga continued. "Club Moen rewards that dedication, providing the resources needed to stay ahead of new technologies, enhance a pro’s business, and exceed customer expectations.”

For professionals already enrolled in Moen trade programs, it’s easy to transition into Club Moen — members can easily move their status over and enjoy even more benefits right away.
