SHOWER BENCH DRAIN
QuickDrain’s new BenchDrain linear drains are built directly into QuickDrain’s proprietary bench seat, which is built with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) panels that are made of 100% recycled plastic bottles. The result is a concealed, luxurious look within an accessible, state-of-the-art shower footprint.
BenchDrain is a perfect solution for universal designs; the shower bench itself accommodates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards for height and depth and exceeds the ADA weight guideline. Available in four configurations, BenchDrain accommodates shower openings ranging from 26 to 72 inches. To ensure a perfectly precise installation from one vertical surface to the next, BenchDrain comes with trough extensions and a tile-in drain cover, both of which can be trimmed on-site after the drain body is positioned. Vertical or side waste outlets are also available, providing flexibility to avoid obstructions, structural constraints or chipping into concrete at the point of installation. BenchDrain kits come with everything installers need to install the shower bench and linear drain. They just select the topical liquid waterproofing and the tile of choice.
