WI-FI WATER LEAK SHUTOFF VALVE
The L5 valve is installed professionally to the home’s main water supply in 10 minutes. An included, 5-foot cable sensor can be plugged into the L5 that detects water along its length and the professional can connect up to 100 sensor cables and lay them through a basement or utility room to extend the sensor length up to 500 feet. Customers can use the Resideo App to customize triggers, manage alerts and set up shutoff events. The L5 can be installed in any orientation. It includes an actuator, lead-free ball valve, power supply adapter, a 10-foot cord on Power Supply Adapter, multiple alarms including a buzzer (100dBA volume), flashing red LED and both Wi-Fi (2.4GHz, 802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth (4.1) connectivity. It has a five-year limited warranty.
