Caleffi announced the release of 290 Series Service Valve Kits specially designed for tankless water heaters, combi boilers and electric tank-type water heaters. The contractor-friendly valves connect directly to standard 3/4” MNPT nipples on tankless water heaters to allow for efficient isolating, flushing and servicing of the heater. Variations of the kit are available with the 520 Series TankMixer. These codes add point-of-distribution temperature control featuring the award-winning AngleMix thermostatic mixing valve and a cold-water tee with recirculation connection in a compact, highly functional assembly. The corrugated stainless hose offers flexibility for a variety of tank connection configurations. The service valves comply with low lead plumbing laws and are listed by IAPMO R&T File Number K-14799.
