Leap Partners, a home services company with businesses across the Southeast, has hired home services veteran Ben Scott as vice president of business development. In his new role, Scott will help lead and execute Leap Partners’ growth strategy as the company looks toward growing where it already has a presence – Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee – while expanding into new markets to include the Carolinas, north Florida, Georgia and Missouri. 

“Ben has exceptional business development skills that he’s demonstrated for nearly two decades working in operations, sales and acquisitions,” said John Cerasuolo, Leap Partners CEO. “He understands what it takes to operate a home service business, and I have full confidence he will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of becoming the top HVAC, plumbing and electrical company in the Southeast.” 

Prior to joining Leap Partners, Scott was president at AlarmQuest, and before then, he was the East region senior vice president for ADS Security, where he led the company in achieving financial goals, increasing performance and updating internal processes. 

Scott holds an Organizational Leadership certificate from Scarlett Leadership Institute’s Signature Executive Program. A North Augusta native, he resides in South Carolina with his wife and two children.
