SWE presents '12 Rules to Motivating a Millennial'
Frank Besednjak will speak at Service World Expo Sept. 7-8 in Las Vegas
Service World Expo officials announced that instigator, business coach, entrepreneur and motivational speaker Frank Besednjak will speak at the conference on “12 Rules on Successfully Leading and Motivating Today’s Unique Younger Workforce.”
“No one ever leaves Frank Besednjak’s presentations without feeling inspired and motivated," said Service World Show Producer Robin Jones. "His down-to-earth, raw style engages the audience to pay attention and take immediate action."
Over the past 23 years, Besednjak has helped hundreds of organizations and thousands of clients improve their performance, productivity and profitability. Besednjak has mentored dozens of individuals and future leaders, who have become great success stories in business and life including his two children, Rocco, who is a police officer, and his daughter Brianne, who holds an executive position with one of the largest insurance companies in the world.
A struggle exists in today’s job market to find hardworking and motivated employees. Besednjak found that millennials have a unique opinion as to what having a job is and expect a lot more from their employers. This workshop will provide insight into this employee group and help implement systems to recruit, motivate, inspire, and improve the performance of not only current younger employees, but also encourage potential employees to want to be part of the winning team.
Service World Expo is the bold, must-attend conference, trade show, and networking event for residential contractors involved in plumbing, HVAC or electrical services who want to ignite growth and performance in their companies. Held SEpt. 7-8 at Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, the event will encompass compelling content, cutting-edge educational breakouts, a product showcase that is more tailgate party than trade show and out-of-this-world entertainment events.
