HeatLink announced it has signed a technology licensing agreement with Uponor AB that allows the company to resume manufacture and sale of PEX piping.
 

As a result of the ruling, Heatlink, PexCor and any subsidiaries must halt production and the sale of infringing PEX products.

Uponor AB, a subsidiary of Uponor Corp. and an affiliate of Uponor North America, announced on March 18 that it has secured a favorable ruling from the Federal Court of Canada regarding its patent infringement case against Heatlink Group and PexCor Mfg.

The new 22,000-sq.-ft. warehouse is designed to improve customer service through increased efficiency.

HeatLink’s ECO, V100 and CAD lines of pre-engineered hydronic control panels improve efficiencies for home and building owners.

It is built using high-quality Makita li-ion technology and incorporates biodegradable oil that is nonhazardous to water.
