The new City Energy Project, an initiative from the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Institute for Market Transformation, is designed to create healthier, more prosperous American cities by targeting their largest source of energy use and climate pollution: buildings.

The “Ground Source Heat Pumps State of the Art: Design, Performance and Research” track addresses all aspects of design that lead to optimally performing systems while avoiding common pitfalls that lead to poorly performing systems. The track was organized by ASHRAE, the National Ground Water Association, the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association and the Geothermal Exchange Organization.
Most recently, Rose was responsible for manufacturing and technical services operations at Armstrong’s factory in Manchester, UK.

In his new role, he assumes responsibility for the marketing of the Armstrong portfolio of pumps, suction guides and Flo-Trex valves on a worldwide basis, with particular emphasis on the company’s Design Envelop pump models.
