The sweepstakes, open to professional plumbers and contractors in the United States, will run for 75 days, from Sept. 1 to Nov. 15, and result in 10 winners pocketing $7,500 for a total of a $75,000 cash giveaway.
The facility currently operates as two separate plants – one specializing in automotive painted exterior components, the other in PEXa piping for plumbing and radiant heating systems and gaskets for household appliances.
Milwaukee Valve will be providing bronze gate valves, globe valves, check valves and scupper valves, double offset and triple offset butterfly valves and a variety of ball valves to the construction of the Doris Miller.
Williams, a manufacturing leader with more than two decades of experience, will manage the operations for the assembly and packaging of the 6,000 finished plumbing products produced every year at the T&S headquarters in Travelers Rest, South Carolina.
“American Plumber Stories” aims to promote the plumbing trade to the next generation of professionals. The show highlights the stories of plumbers around the nation, including how they got started in the plumbing trade and the passion they have for their profession.
The nearly 200,000 square-foot manufacturing facility is being custom designed and built, and will become the technological flagship for the company’s operations and one of the most advanced plastics manufacturing facilities in the industry.
