Rinnai America Corp. hired Leland Nichols as its senior vice president of sales. He will be responsible for the management of Rinnai’s North American sales organization. Nichols has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management and general management, both in the United States and Asia. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of sales, marketing and business development for Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. He’s also held senior management positions at Kohler Co., The Stanley Works and Black & Decker Corp.
