'Good Samaritan' Bill Introduced

To aid contractors volunteering in times of crisis, “Good Samaritan” legislation was introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives. If passed, it will provide measured protections and qualified liability immunity to contractors who respond to declared federal, state and local emergencies or disasters. The bill would not cover gross negligence or willful misconduct.
