The results of a new survey by Brad Sims, assistant professor at the University of Florida's M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction, reveal what attracts well-trained and educated young professionals to construction employers and makes them want to stay. Of the 46 factors rated, students ranked "upward movement in job positions" as most important, followed closely by the "company's reputation within the industry." "Job title" came in last.
